Our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, our return and refund process is structured to match their policies.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After fulfillment begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns
Because our suppliers ship directly from their facilities, we do not accept returns to our business address.
Returns are accepted only if approved by the supplier, which includes:
Damaged items
Defective items
Incorrect items received
To request a return, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Photos of the issue
Description of the problem
We will coordinate with the supplier (CJdropshipping, Supliful, AliExpress, Zendrop, Printify, DSers, Spocket, or AutoDS) to process your request.
Non‑Returnable Items
Due to supplier restrictions, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used products
Health, wellness, or consumable items (Supliful)
Personalized or print‑on‑demand items (Printify)
Clearance or final‑sale items
Refunds
Refunds are approved only when:
The item arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item is received
The package is lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times vary by supplier.
Delays caused by customs, carriers, or global logistics are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.
