At Wellness Pet Tech, we partner with trusted third‑party fulfillment providers — including CJdropshipping, Supliful, AliExpress, Zendrop, Printify, DSers, Spocket, and AutoDS — to deliver your products safely and efficiently. Because of this, shipping times and methods may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once processed, your order is sent to the appropriate fulfillment partner for packaging and shipment.

Orders may ship in multiple packages if items come from different suppliers.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on supplier location, product type, and destination. Typical delivery windows:

United States: 7–18 business days

International: 10–25 business days

Print‑on‑Demand items (Printify): 5–12 business days

Supliful wellness products: 5–10 business days

These are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or global logistics conditions.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided as soon as they become available from the supplier.

Some suppliers may take 2–5 business days to generate tracking updates.

If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
